Meet your orthodontist
Dr. Lisa Kwarteng
Dr. Lisa Kwarteng grew up in the Chicagoland area with a lifelong love of people and a curiosity about dentistry that started early. Like many of her future patients, she experienced orthodontic treatment firsthand, and it was through that experience that she discovered what she wanted to do with her career. A conversation with her orthodontist turned into a summer of shadowing, and that summer confirmed everything.
Dr. Kwarteng went on to earn her bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University, her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, and her Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from Howard University College of Dentistry. She brings her experience to every appointment, along with a patient-first approach to communication, efficiency, and care that resonates with today's families.
Dr. Kwarteng's vision for Kwality Orthodontics extends far beyond straightening teeth. Her practice embodies representation, access to exceptional care, and a commitment to inspiring the next generation, because a confident smile can open the door to a world of possibility.
Outside the office, Dr. Kwarteng enjoys pilates, swimming, traveling, spending time with family, and trying new restaurants. She brings that same energy and genuine curiosity about the world into every patient relationship she builds.
